I’m simply unable to eat breakfast. I’m not hungry in the morning. It does not seem to affect me, so why is it recommended so highly?

They’ve made the mistake of believing breakfast is something we have to do, first thing in the morning. This isn’t entirely their fault, as this is what societal traditions have led them to believe.

Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day.

It definitely is the most important meal of the day, but …… Who said it has to happen in the morning?

If you split the word in two (ie Break and Fast) you will see the word literally means, to break a fast.

Nowhere does it imply that this has to take place in the morning, it’s only through our traditions, that the word has connotations to it being a meal, that takes place, early in the day.

The first meal of your day IS the most important. When you decide to break your fast, is entirely up to you.
